Very happy to share pictures of a lovely couple I shot this fall – Jennifer and Richmond. The day started out rainy and damp and Jennifer called me to express a bit of uncertainty about shooting in that weather. I’m so glad we did not cancel our shoot because look how beautiful the skies showed up for them.This couple in particular was very wonderful to work with. Our shoot was a lot of fun and we definitely connected in many ways. In fact they have my heart not only because they are really such great people but also because they are also originally from Ghana. They incorporated the game of Ludo – a popular board game played in Ghana- into their engagement photographs to show a bit of their heritage. Thank you Jen and Richmond for a beautiful experience!

And of course you will always step away from the avenue with a beautiful clean self portrait. This is why I insist on a clean make up palette professionally done if possible. Look at those lovely box braids! They are soo in this summer.
