For some, a wedding is really another reason to party, and rightly so, but for Vince and Ticona, the party was just icing on the cake for what was a very sincere and emotional union of their love and dedication to one another. Before the bride and groom even walked down the aisle, they each read a letter that they had written for one another. Ticona teared up as she read her husband-to-be’s touching and honest words of his admiration for her. Vince did the same as he adjusted his cufflinks and polished his shoes.
The couple weren’t the only ones who teared up either. When Ticona’s father made it down the aisle to give away his daughter, many guests couldn’t help but smile. And when he got up to dance with his daughter for the bridal dance, some couldn’t hold back the tears. But once the ceremony was over, the party got rocking and rolling. The reception was a lavish and joyous affair, full of life, music and energy.
Vince and Ticona, it was a pleasure and an honor to capture your memories. You ROCKED your day! ♥
I would like to thank my second shooters and assistants for the day — Lakesha, Dotun and Nii Djarbeng — for assisting me in covering Vince and Ticona’s day. We shot this wedding with a whopping 7 Canon DSLR cameras and this comprehensive coverage would not have been possible without you.
