In most traditional marriage ceremonies, the color white symbolizes purity and things of the divine. For this mother’s maternity shoot, she cloaked herself in a form-fitting maternity gown that was a clean white, against our white wall-background and sitting in our white majestic chair. There’s a real timeless power in the color white and it can really make a statement when it’s done right.

Even the dog fit in with the white theme as his undercoat is white, which went perfectly with the white flowers that accented the scene as well.

For a more intimate look, this sweet mother-to-be donned a white lacey maternity robe that was sensual but tasteful.

To get that true feeling of flight, we put her in one of our signature flowy maternity gowns. As the fabric flows behind her, you can’t help but feel like you’re standing in the presence of a motherly goddess!

And when the little baby girl arrived, mama got her angel. And we mean that literally. Baby’s newborn shoot was an all-white affair just like her mother’s, but she had a special touch to her photo shoot as well.

Yes, you’re looking at the wings of an angel! Many mothers claim that their children are angels sent into their lives and with this shoot, we were able to make that statement of pride and love into a real-life experience. Doesn’t this sleepy lil’ angel look like something out of a renaissance painting?

While mommy had plenty of one-on-one time with her baby angel, daddy was also able to get in on the fun too. But don’t worry, Dad didn’t break the dress code: He too was donned in all-white for the heavenly occasion.
