Lil’ Duval may have turned it into an anthem, but “living your best life” is a motto that Ronita and Marquis have turned into their own. The lovely couple met in high school in the fall of 1990. After high school, they both went on to pursue separate lives and careers but by 2014, they reconnected through a common interest in real estate. After a few business meetings and late evening conversations, they began to develop a deep connection and mutual respect for one another.

For her part, Ronita was attracted to Marquis’s charismatic demeanor, smile, confidence and business savvy. Marquis loved Ronita’s style, character, poise and how she made him feel when they were together.
