Sherri and Antwone’s wedding at the University of Maryland Memorial Chapel and reception at Martin’s Crosswinds was absolutely stunning. We have been to the University of Maryland Memorial Chapel several times to photograph weddings and it’s amazing how each couple is able to make the day their own and make us feel like it was the first time we were there. Sherri looked beautiful in her gorgeous, sleeveless gown and Antwone was incredibly dapper with his white tuxedo jacket and black tuxedo pants. Follow along as we document the culmination of their love story, which started with a blind date and ended with an engagement proposal at the National Harbor.

You can’t help but feel like Cinderella getting ready for the ball when your bridesmaids primp and fuss over you as you put on your wedding gown!

Antwone’s tuxedo was simply stunning with the intricate details on the lapel. Grooms, you can express yourself through fashion on your wedding day too!

Antwone coming through with the Marvel swag. His Captain America suspenders hint at the great heart and spirit within him. Not all heroes wear capes!

The tradition of jumping the broom during wedding ceremonies is a long-standing one in the African-American community with meaningful significance and history behind it. We love capturing this special moment for our African-American couples!

Antwone and his mama broke out some serious choreography for their groom and mother’s dance!
