Laide and Kehinde’s Wedding at The Grand in Baltimore, MD – Wedding Photography in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC

Love is a beautiful thing that unfolds between two people who are perfect for each other. There are times when we see it coming, and there are times when it sneaks up on us and before we know what is happening, we are so enamored with another person, we don’t know what hit us. Regardless of how love happens, it is always beautiful, and the happily ever after is always enchanting. Laide and Kehinde have finally found their happily ever after, and we photographers at Judah Avenue are thrilled we got to be a part of their special day. With anticipation and excitement in the air, we met with Laide as she got ready for the big moment in her hotel at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Baltimore, MD.

There were breathtaking sights out every window, but the most breathtaking sight of all was inside – Laide herself as she got her hair and makeup done. The room was filled with smiles and laughter as even the youngest of the crew got on board helping her get ready for her big moment. It looked like a picture of heaven. Meanwhile, down the hall, Kehinde also got ready for the event with his own friends and loved ones. He, too, was a sight to behold in his tuxedo surrounded by his closest buddies. But, nothing beats the moment when he laid eyes on his bride for the first time in her wedding gown – it was enough to bring goosebumps and chills to all who were watching.We took the opportunity to take a few photos of both the bride and groom along with special members of their parties before we headed off to the big event, and it didn’t seem to matter what pose they struck, they look simply magical.

Then, it was off to the ceremony! The couple chose the Grand Baltimore for their ceremony and reception, and guests had already filled the seats, each one craning their necks to see the wedding party as soon as they arrived. The BCG Events team did a beautiful job with the florals for the event.

It was a beautiful moment as the bride and groom exchanged their vows, and everyone applauded as they sealed their union with a kiss.The reception hall had been elaborately decorated by BCG Events in honor of the day, with the majestic cake standing regally in the corner of the room. With traditional food, attire, and dancing, everyone was eager to celebrate the union of this couple. Throughout it all, it was clear how much these two love each other, and how much they are loved by all their friends and family.There were toasts and speeches, laughter and blessings floating all about the room, with each guest eager to celebrate with the new husband and wife. From the oldest to the youngest, it was evident that everyone was having a great time – and we snapped photos of everything.With a final, parting shot of this beautiful couple enjoying each other, we sent them off into the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife.
