Nana and Abena’s beautiful wedding at Martin’s Camelot in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was a day of sophistication perfectly styled by Alexandria Lindo. Each member of the wedding party was perfectly turned out, from the tiny ones in dapper tuxedos and delightful dresses, to the bridesmaids in lovely lavender, to the groom and groomsmen in slick tuxedos.
The bride wore a gorgeous ball gown dress with delicate beading, a graceful, flowing veil and a stunning headpiece that seemed to come straight from the pages of a fairytale. Her lovely bouquet was a mix of peach, pink, and white flowers, accented with the lightest touch of pearl and sparkle. For the reception, the bride changed into a jaw-dropping golden gown that shimmered wonderfully in the candlelight.
Roses bloomed from the towering, multi-level wedding cake that had a simple, elegant design. Peach and gold tones were seen throughout the table layouts, which boasted amazing flower centerpieces and whimsical tufts of white peacock feathers, accented by the soft light of many glowing candles. The newlyweds presided over the reception on a shared throne, from which they could observe the marvelous time enjoyed by all in attendance, including many joyous turns on the dance floor.Martin’s Camelot in Upper Marlboro, Maryland boasts a medieval style grand ballroom with regal, period-style floor to ceiling windows, stately chandeliers, an ample dance floor, and plenty of free parking.
