Michelle and Dyami’s Wedding at The Westin Annapolis Hotel in Maryland

They liked each other from the moment they met! The maid of honor had the inside scoop on it all because she introduced them years ago. Even though they went their separate ways for a few years, fate somehow brought them back together because what is meant to be will always find a way. Michelle and Dyami’s wedding just two weekends ago was a true celebration of love. You could see it in the way the families came together to support the couple, the way their friends rallied around them and in the very way the bride and groom even looked at each other. We were so honored to share in that celebration and to serve as Michelle and Dyami’s wedding photographers at the Westin Annapolis Hotel, Maryland.

I love this photo of Michelle and Ameela – Michelle’s amazing maid of honor who introduced her to Dyami and has been Michelle’s closest friend and confidant! Friendships like this do not come along often. In fact, when they talked about possibly getting married, Michelle told Dyami that there were only a few people who had to love him as much as she did and among those were her best friend Ameela and of course Michelle’s parents. I hope this photograph reminds them of the beauty of their friendship and how they did all the big moments in life together:)

Surrounded by charming cobblestones and gorgeous fountains, the recently renovated Westin Annapolis Hotel is conveniently located within the heart of downtown Annapolis and and minutes from the waterfront and lots of amazing activities you can do in Annapolis. Michelle and Dyami chose to get ready as well as have both their ceremony and reception at the Westin. This was a really great decision because the versatility of the location helped us make full use of the facility as well as save time traveling to multiple locations.  Thank you to our trusty second shooter Joseph for helping us to document this wedding.
